Used professional audio, inspected and tested before every shipment

Draft notice — the statements below describe our standard practice and do not yet form a formal, binding commitment.

Condition grading standard

Used gear is graded A / B / C so you can compare units before you commit. Grades are set by hand, and every flaw we find is disclosed in the listing.

Grade A

About 90% or better cosmetically: fully functional, minimal visible marks, all major original parts and accessories present. Suitable for front-of-house work where appearance matters.

Grade B

Around 70–90% cosmetically: fully functional, obvious cosmetic marks, or one disclosed replaced part. The most common grade for working rental stock.

Grade C

Around 50–70% cosmetically: heavy wear, or minor parts missing, fully functional unless the listing says otherwise. Priced accordingly, and ideal for spares, installs or budget rigs.

How the grade is decided

The grade describes cosmetics only. Electrical function is tested separately on every unit, at every grade.
